From business and innovation to community, culture, media, health, and civic leadership, this honor celebrates people who are navigating the path forward and building what's next.

The Search Begins July 10
From July 10 through July 30, the community is invited to nominate the leaders, builders, innovators, and changemakers helping move Chicago forward.
Criteria
Nominees should represent leadership, impact, and forward movement in their field or community.
Under 40
Nominee must be 39 years old or younger by the eligibility deadline.
Chicago Impact
Demonstrates a meaningful connection to and impact on Chicago or the surrounding area.
Leadership
Exhibits vision, initiative, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Innovation or Service
Creates new ideas, solutions, programs, businesses, or meaningful community service.
Community Influence
Positively influences, uplifts, or opens doors for others.
